"Leading with Purpose"
Effective and influential leaders learn to lead with their own meaningful purpose. This course/event explores ways to discover that purpose with clarity and certainty, and how to utilize it as a powerful context from which to lead in any capacity. The discovery experience is interactive and introspective, with a focus on several key leadership characteristics, such as compassion, courage, and being present. "Leading with Purpose" has a flexible format for different age-groups and organizational needs and goals, ranging from a four-hour compact version to an expansive two-day version.
